Order information

Orders via this website are processed through the automatic order system. You can order fabrics per fat quarter (= FQ, 45x55 cm) or or per metre (minimal order quantity is 0,1 metre). Fabric panels can be ordered per piece. The ribbons can be ordered in lengths of 0,1 metre or more.

If you choose for "payment via bank transfer" you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. In this confirmation you will find the total amount of your order including the exact shipping costs (see information below) and our banking details. The stated order amount should be paid to the bankaccount as named in the e-mail confirmation, with reference to the ordernumber.

You can also pay your order with PayPal or Credit Card (then choose guest checkout in the PayPal screen).

We will reserve your ordered products for maximum two weeks. If VANMARIEKE has not received the payment within 7 days, we will send you a reminder by e-mail. If your payment has not been received within 7 days after this reminder VANMARIEKE releases the product for sale to other parties.

Your order will will be shipped within two days after VANMARIEKE has received your payment.

VANMARIEKE always aims for a decent and quick shipment of the ordered products. So keep track of your mailbox!
If VANMARIEKE however is not able to perform the (quick) shipment of your order, we will on the shortest possible notice inform you by e-mail.

Prices

The prices on this website are given in Euro (€) including 19% VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices displayed are excluding shipping costs.

Shipping information

Orders will be shipped by standard mail (unless agreed differently). We ship worldwide. Depending on your location of residence the shipping costs vary.
In the automatic ordersystem the exact transportcosts are automatically generated for the order you have foreseen.

VANMARIEKE is not liable for loss or damage of products during mail transportation.

Refund

Fabrics and ribbons are cut in your requested size and can therefor not be refunded.
If you have received an uncompliant article, then please inform VANMARIEKE within a week after receival.
We will get in touch with you to agree a procedure for returning the goods.
If your order is damaged at receival, please inform VANMARIEKE as soon as possible so we can propose a decent solution.

Colours

The colour of fabrics and ribbons on your screen can deviate from the original colour. VANMARIEKE can not refund articles based on deviated colours.

Privacy

VANMARIEKE will treat your personal details strictly confidential and will not forward any of this information to external parties.

Retail

Most of our fabrics/ribbons on this website are available for retail sales.
